Through Somatic Experiencing™, animistic and psychedelic-assisted therapy, integration work, and ceremonial practice, I support the emergence of conscious embodiment and soul-aligned leadership.
I guide visionary leaders, healers, and creatives through sacred reclamation—transforming trauma into initiation, and opening pathways to vitality, agency, and expanded capacity. My approach is rooted in embodied consciousness and deep connection with Source.
I also share music as medicine under the name Maiima—devotional songs that serve as transmissions to awaken, nourish, and support the collective healing journey.

Delve into the science and art of nervous system regulation through applied mindfulness skills for emotion regulation, anxiety, stress reduction and mental wellness.
You’ll learn: the basics of Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing, how to regulate your emotions, how to track your nervous system, how to establish a felt-sense of grounding, and how to live into your authentic presence.
You’ll also learn to sense and trust your nervous system. You’ll be more ready and empowered to choose how you want to respond to triggers, as well as difficult situations and memories, without overwhelm and emotional flooding.
